Grain that looks dry on the outside can still be dangerously wet on the inside and that hidden moisture is what grows aflatoxin. 🌾 During Ghana's rainy season, cloudy skies and high humidity slow drying even when farmers think the job is done. Always dry grain on raised surfaces, never directly on bare ground, and do a simple bite test, if the grain bends instead of snapping cleanly, it is not ready for storage. Bag too early and you lose the whole harvest quietly.
